First of all, we hold a face-to-face meeting with you and listen to your needs. After this meeting, we make an analysis that evaluates your current situation very quickly and we share the report on this analysis with you. If you want to work with us in line with the report, we share with you the summary program and the budget for what to do. If both are approved, we sign the contract and roll up our sleeves.

DEFINE

 

 

We detail the items in the summary plan and update them together with you (if necessary). Within the scope of the detailed program, we create the working groups, application areas, starting points and scheduling and start to implement the plan.

DEVELOP

 

 

In parallel with the studies and practices carried out within the scope of the plan, we prepare and submit periodic reports regarding these studies and practices. We evaluate the new needs emerging as a result of these reports, identify the bottlenecks and update the program within the scope of these developments.

APPLY

MODEL

 

We are commissioning the applications that are decided to be implemented. In case of need, we customize the applications within the scope of different units or processes in a way that does not contradict the whole. We continue to report developments within the framework of our plan and move on to the next work package.

With the commissioning of all applications and the completion of the plan, we prepare a final general report and submit it to you. We drink our coffees and shake hands.
